How Does It Work?

New customer who wants to activate an eSIM

  1. Download Yoodo app from the App Store
  2. Launch your Yoodo app and go to ‘Activate a SIM’ 
  3. Select ‘Get Started’ and then click ‘Select eSIM’
  4. Choose your Data/Voice/SMS/Add-Ons. A minimum purchase of RM50 in a single receipt is required
  5. Click ‘I want this plan’ and then choose your mobile number
  6. On your device, go to ‘Settings’, click ‘Mobile Data’ and then select ‘Add Data Plan’ to scan the QR code sent to your email

Existing customer who wants to convert a physical Yoodo SIM to an eSIM

  1. Open your Yoodo app and go to ‘Activate a SIM’ by clicking the top left corner
  2. Select ‘eSIM’ as your SIM type
  3.  Click ‘Replace an existing SIM’. Then, choose the Yoodo number you wish to convert and click ‘Replace’
  4. On your device, go to ‘Settings’, click ‘Mobile Data’ and then select ‘Add Data Plan’ to scan the QR code sent to your email
  5. Make a minimum purchase of RM50 on Data/Voice/SMS/Add-Ons in a single receipt

Existing customer who wants to activate an eSIM by taking a new number

  1. Open your Yoodo app and go to ‘Activate a SIM’ by clicking the top left corner
  2.  Select ‘eSIM’ as your SIM type
  3. Click ‘Confirm’ and proceed to choose your Data/Voice/SMS/Add-Ons. A minimum purchase of RM50 in a single receipt is required
  4. On your device, go to ‘Settings’, click ‘Mobile Data’ and then select ‘Add Data Plan’ to scan the QR code sent to your email

Terms and Conditions

  1. To participate, activate an eSIM and spend at least RM50 on Data/Voice/SMS/Add-Ons in a single receipt.
  2. A winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited in the event that his/her Yoodo account is inactive, ported out or terminated for any reason whatsoever until the fulfilment of the prizes.
  3. Yoodo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and forfeit any prize from a winner who is found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or undertaken fraudulent activities harmful to this Campaign.
  4. Yoodo’s decision on the winners shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, complaint or appeal shall be entertained.
  5. Yoodo reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes with other prizes of equal value at any time without prior notice.
  6. The prizes are provided on an “AS IS” basis and Yoodo disclaims and excludes all manufacturer warranties relating to or in connection with the prizes.
  7. Yoodo will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our control.
  8. The winners shall be responsible for any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
  9. By accepting the prizes, the winners expressly grant permission to Yoodo and its agencies to use the winners’ name, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice.
  10. All winners must claim their respective prize within 1 (One) month from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
  11. Yoodo reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, suspend, cancel, modify or delay this Campaign without prior notice at any time.
  12. Yoodo is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, servers or providers, software and failure of e-mail.
