- The campaign period is from 6 January 2023 to 28 February 2023.
- This campaign is open to the following categories performing port-in activation during the campaign duration.
a. All existing Yoodo users who have ‘port-in’ their other telco line(s)
b. New Yoodo customers who have ‘port-in’ from another telcos - There are two sections of participation for this campaign.
Stage 1 : Port-in Activation
Stage 2 : Reload
Stage 1 – Port-in Activation
- Customers are required to ‘port-in’ their other telco line(s) to Yoodo in order to be eligible to the campaign.
- New line activation is not entitled to this campaign.
- All ‘Port-in’ activations with High Speed Plan (Data, Voice,or SMS) will be eligible except for activations with Unlimited plan (3mbps or 6mbps) purchase, which will be considered ineligible for this campaign.
- ‘Port-in’ customers during the campaign period will lose their eligibility if they have performed ‘port-out’ of the same line(s) during the same campaign duration.
- The same customer can port-in more than one (1) telco line to Yoodo and still eligible to enter this campaign.
Stage 2 – Reload
- Eligible customers from Stage 1 must perform a reload of minimum RM38 in a single transaction within 8 days from receiving campaign notification via email.
- Eligible customers that perform a RM38 reload AFTER 8 days of receiving the notifications will not be entitled to the reward.
- ‘Port-in’ customers that perform reload without receiving the notification from Yoodo will not be eligible for the rewards.
- A minimum of RM38 reload must be performed in a single transaction only.
- The breakdown of the 80GB rewards is as follows
a. 20GB High Speed Data
b. TikTok Add-on Data
c. PUBG Add-on Data
d. Boost Add-on Data
Rewards Fulfilment
- The free 80GB reward will be credited to the eligible customer’s data plan within one (1) working day after the successful reload of a minimum of RM38.
- Eligible users will be disqualified, and free data will be forfeited in the event their Yoodo account(s) are inactive (mode-off), ported out, or terminated for any reason whatsoever until the fulfilment of the reward.
- Free data is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.
- Yoodo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and forfeit any reward from an eligible user who is found in violation of the terms and conditions or undertaken fraudulent activities harmful to this campaign.
- Yoodo’s decision on the eligible users shall be final and conclusive, and no correspondence, complaint, or appeal shall be entertained.
- Yoodo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any of the rewards with other rewards of equal value at any time without prior notice.
- The eligible users shall be responsible for any additional costs, duties, taxes, and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the user’s acceptance or use of the reward.
- By accepting the rewards, the eligible users expressly grant permission to Yoodo and its agencies to use the users’ name, photograph, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice.
- Yoodo reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, suspend, cancel, modify or delay this campaign without prior notice at any time.
- Yoodo is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, servers or providers, software and failure of e-mail.
