When we say ‘travel’, what comes to mind? Soaking up the sun on the Sydney Gold Coast? Cherry blossoms and kimonos in Tokyo? Maybe a stroll down the many lanes of Bangkok’s Chatuchak Market? A seaside resort town beloved even to Thai royalty, Hua Hin’s beaches offer a quieter getaway compared to Bangkok and Phuket’s crowds. Other attractions include the Cicada Market, Santorini Park (a Greece-themed Instagram paradise), and the gorgeous Khuha Kharuehat Pavilion hidden away in Phraya Nakhon Cave.

Darwin has many claims to fame: it’s the smallest, wettest and most northerly capital city in Australia. Travellers will also love the bustling waterfront, getting up close and personal with giant reptiles at Crocosaurus Cove, and taking a dip in Wangi Falls. Whether you actually become ‘wangi’ after you bathe is not certain.

Looking for an island paradise? The southern city of Yeosu will give you over 300 to explore! Highlights include Sa-do Island, Korea’s very own Jurassic Park with preserved dinosaur prints, and Odong-do Island, where you can see 3,000 camellia trees bloom in spring and 70 species of wild flora. And wherever you go, you can count on enjoying the delicious local seafood.
Rural and scenic, Gozo boasts great diving and water sports, as well as several picturesque natural wonders. You may already have seen one during the Dothraki wedding in Game of Thrones!

Known as the green heart of the nation, Umbria will have you feeling like a fairytale princess/prince with its medieval hill towns and rich local cuisine. Stroll through Assisi, a World Heritage site associated with Saint Francis, or witness the Saint Ubaldo Day “candle” race, where townsfolk bear wooden pillars through the streets.
