Terms and Conditions:

  1. To be eligible, a user will need to have submitted all their completed tasks via email before the 1st of every month. Ambassadors to be paid by the 20th of every month.
  2. If an ambassador has been caught sharing competitor postings, the ambassador will be removed from the program.
  3. An ambassador will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited if his/her Yoodo account is inactive, ported out or terminated for any reason whatsoever until the fulfilment of the prizes.
  4. Yoodo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and forfeit any prize from a winner who is found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or has undertaken fraudulent activities harmful to this Campaign.
  5. Yoodo’s decision on the ambassadors shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, complaint or appeal shall be entertained.
  6. Yoodo reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes with other prizes of equal value at any time without prior notice.
  7. The prizes are provided on an “AS IS” basis and Yoodo disclaims and excludes all manufacturer warranties relating to or in connection with the prizes.
  8. Yoodo will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our control.
  9. The Ambassadors shall be responsible for any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
  10. By accepting the prizes, the ambassadors expressly grant permission to Yoodo and its agencies to use the ambassadors’ name, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade, and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice.
  11. All ambassadors must claim their respective prize within 1 (One) month from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
  12. Yoodo reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, suspend, cancel, modify or delay this Campaign without prior notice at any time.
  13. Yoodo is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, servers or providers, software and failure of e-mail.
